Third-party laboratory test report to the UL 859 standard for the 110-130V build, available on request. Cover typically includes heating, abnormal operation, leakage current, dielectric strength and mechanical hazards.

CE / FCC / RoHS / UKCA

Full certification documentation for the EU and UK markets is supplied with your order: CE (LVD / EMC), RoHS, FCC and UKCA, matched to the exact model and voltage you buy.

Need a certificate we don't list yet? We can arrange additional compliance documentation - including NRTL listing (UL / ETL) for Amazon, Walmart or national retail chains - on a per-order basis. Share your destination market and any retail requirements, and we will confirm availability, cost and timeline in writing. Let's discuss the details one-to-one.
What we check on every report. Whether the entity named on the report is the actual manufacturer of the model we ship, whether the model number matches, and whether the issuing laboratory holds a verifiable accreditation number. Any of the three failing means the report cannot be used for your market.
Quality control

What happens before your cartons are sealed

Pre-production sample

For any logo, colour or packaging change, you approve a physical pre-production unit in writing before the line starts.

Function test, 100%

Every unit is powered up, run through its heat and speed settings and checked for airflow, noise and switch action before packing.

Packing & labelling

Carton quantity, gift box, barcode and language of the manual are checked against the approved artwork before the carton is sealed.

Pre-shipment report

Photos of finished goods, packing and carton marks are sent to you before dispatch, along with final carton weights and dimensions.
